After the initial free consultation, to set context and objectives, the process is as follows:

  1. We hold an in-depth consultation and set objectives
  2. Have a personal one-on-one session each month addressing any issue your employee raises and the agreed core performance objectives. Sessions will continue until objectives are achieved.
