The Meditation Experience
This is the perfect programme for anyone wishing to quickly experience the benefits that a regular meditation practice will bring to their lives. Run over five consecutive days, you will learn and experience seven different styles of meditation that will help you reduce stress, improve sleep and be happier and more focused, peaceful and productive.
Practicing the different types of meditation with an experienced teacher will enable you to quickly know what type you like the best, what works for you and what other people are talking about when they speak of mindfulness, TM and breathing meditation or mantra. As part of the programme, you will start a meditation practice that you can easily maintain in your daily routine that suits your mindset, goals and lifestyle.
The programme will be run over Zoom every day, Monday to Friday from 7 to 7:45 pm. The programme is suitable for all levels. The classes are led by Calodagh McCumiskey, a wellbeing specialist who has been practicing meditation daily for over 12 years.
