Place yourself in the hands of our meditation and wellbeing expert for one hour each week and switch off from the worries of daily life.
The zoom session will enable you to calm your monkey mind and experience complete relaxation and rejuvenation, mind, body and spirit. In these times of unprecedented uncertainty, challenge and change, it is more important than ever that we take time each day to be still. The sessions are led by Calodagh McCumiskey, a wellbeing specialist who has been practicing meditation daily for over 12 years.
When: Every Tuesday evening at 8pm (GMT +1) on Zoom. The class is suitable for all levels.
