Workshop: Meditation for business / busy people – November
This programme is specifically designed for executives, managers and entrepreneurs to help them enhance productivity, connection and creativity at work and slow down after a busy day so they can wake up recharged and ready for the day ahead.
What is it?
Modern life is stressful with many weapons of mass distraction. Having the right mind-set and giving yourself the right mental food is key to making the best decisions in work and life. Unhealthy stress, fear, anxiety and related problems have a detrimental effect on your work and life balance. With the help of meditation and mindfulness, Calodagh and Spiritual Earth can help you slow down, recharge and boost productivity and creativity to bring better than ever levels of awareness and results.
This 4-week course with a 1-hour class each week will run starting on Tuesday September 17th from 6 – 7 pm and will set you up for fulfillment and achievement in work and life. Over the 4 weeks you will learn how to, be mindful, experience the amazing benefits of meditation and incorporate practices into your life with ongoing support. They say it takes 21 days to make a habit. Your new mindful habits will be well established as part of your routine by the end of this course !
