This is a focused, personalised coaching journey designed to help you step out of overwhelm, resolve what’s draining your energy, and move forward with clarity and direction in your work and your life.
Working through six clear steps, we start with your current challenges, rebuild your capacity, and support you in making changes that are practical, intentional, and sustainable in real life.

We take an honest look at your current landscape 0 identifying what’s working, what isn’t, and where energy, attention, or perspective are being lost. Together, we define the challenges that genuinely need solving and clarify what you want to move towards next.

This programme is for people who value shared learning, steady accountability, and the support of a thoughtful small group.Group sessions focus on practical tools and resources that support real-life change - helping participants stay grounded, take meaningful action, and sustain progress over time.Each month includes a short individual check-in, creating space to reflect, address challenges, and ensure progress is translating into real life.

Change is supported through three simple conditions:
Connection: Working alongside others who are also committed to change provides encouragement, accountability, and shared support.
Perspective: Coaching and reflective discussion help you step back from habits and assumptions, so you can see challenges, choices, and possibilities more clearly.

Each Month Includes
Two guided group sessions focused on clarity, reflection, and the areas the group needs most to move forward. Sessions draw on practical tools and Calodagh’s 12 Pillars of Wellbeing framework, applied in a grounded, real-world way.
A private WhatsApp group for sharing reflections, progress, and questions between sessions.
