In her previous work as a humanitarian leader, Calodagh led and managed people, projects, and budgets in very high-stress situations - during and in the aftermath of war, droughts, floods, tsunamis and earthquakes.  

She now regularly coaches leaders and high-responsibility professionals - and helps them gain clarity, set boundaries, sharpen focus, and sustain momentum to deliver results without burnout. She helps leaders and leadership teams boost their mental and emotional fitness - and gives them tools to be flexible, present and grounded - so they can consistently make good decisions in critical moments.

Her coaching blends lived experience from high-pressure environments with her 12 Pillar Framework of Wellbeing and practical tools - and steady accountability - so clients realign and move forward personally and professionally.
